Im Duft sehr klare w\u00fcrzige und intensive Frucht nach  Kirschen, Brombeeren und Blaubeeren, gekoppelt mit terroirgepr\u00e4gten gut eingebundenen Aromen.  Komplexer, mineralischer Wein mit voller, reifer und kr\u00e4ftiger Tanninstruktur und lang anhaltendem Abgang nach dunklen Fr\u00fcchten. Ein Kraftpaket, elegant und klar strukturiert.<\/p>\n<p><strong>KELLERMEISTER&#8217;S NOTIZEN<\/strong><br \/>\nAlle unsere Pinot Noir Weinberge werden exakt entbl\u00e4ttert und \u00fcbersch\u00fcssige Trauben durch die Gr\u00fcnlese entfernt. Der gesamte Weinberg ist in unterschiedliche Sektionen unterteilt, die sich durch  das Alter der Reben und die verwendeten Klone unterscheiden. Je nach Bl\u00fchverlauf, kristallisieren sich Bl\u00f6cke heraus, die von Natur aus sehr wenig Ertrag haben und zur Erntezeit besonders reif sind. In diesem Jahrgang lag der Ertrag bei nur 15 hl\/ha.  Geerntet wurde selektiv per Hand und im Weingut auf dem Vibrationstisch sortiert. Die Maischeg\u00e4rung dauerte 4 Wochen. Der Wein ruhte anschlie\u00dfend f\u00fcr 14 Monate in  neuen Barriques und wurde im Sommer 2010 abgef\u00fcllt.*<\/p>\n<p><strong>WEIN ANALYSE<\/strong><br \/>\nLagerf\u00e4higkeit: 6-8 Jahre<br \/>\nAlkohol: 14 % vol.<br \/>\nS\u00e4ure: 6,2 g\/l<br \/>\nExtrakt: 34,4 g\/L<\/p>\n<p><strong>SPEISEEMPFEHLUNG<\/strong><br \/>\nKalb mit w\u00fcrzigen So\u00dfen oder gegrillt, Taube und Rinderfilet.<\/p>\n<p>*Durch die unfiltrierte Abf\u00fcllung kann der Wein leicht tr\u00fcbe erscheinen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Die nachstehende Verkostungsnotiz ist von Raymond Chan. Fermented to 14.6% alc. and aged around 20 months in mainly new oak. Deepish ruby-red in colour, youthful in appearance, this has a full, voluminous nose with concentrated aromas and perfumes of dark and red berry fruits, warm earth and spices. The palate is full, rich, juicy and plump, yet with a stylish restraint from alcohol cut and fine-textured tannins. Oaking is subtle and integrated. This has a subtle power and the fruit depth is underscored by the serious structure which carries through to the sustained, dry finish.
