Description
This wine is from our Lime Hill Vineyard where 1.3 Ha was planted in Pinot Noir and Chadonnay in 2013 on a hillside 200m above sea-level. The soil consists of clay on Limestone producing elegant wines in the Burgundian style.
Lime Hill Pinot Noir 2020 is deep red with firm, ripe tannins and flavours that suggest blackberry, oyster shell and spicy French oak. A distinctive, generously proportioned wine that would certainly benefit from cellaring.
